in particular, applications for lease extensions under the Leasehold
Reform Housing and
Urban Development Act 1993.
This is becoming an increasingly important issue for many flat owners in the Royston and surrounding area with leasehold developments dating from the 1970s.
In the commercial sector we have successfully negotiated and completed
Leases of shops, offices, industrial units, agricultural property and Licensed
premises. Where necessary, we will work with local surveyors on such issues
as rent reviews and dilapidations.
